Provide in-house support, troubleshooting and solutions to the problems on systems, network, software and hardware
To handle user applications and IT equipments (PC, servers, network and backup equipments)
Perform system (software, hardware and network) installation and configuration, and system administrative duties
Daily system backup operation and LAN/WAN administration
Perform disaster recovery and ac-hoc maintenance duties on servers
Requirements:
Form 5 or above
Familiar with TCP/IP network, DNS, Firewall (w/ VPN), Anti Virus is an advantage
With retail business experience is definitely an advantage.
Skillful in trouble shooting and user support for PC hardware and software
Solid experience in Microsoft windows 2003 server, MS SQL, database Application Development and Server Administration
Immediate available
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Applicant with less experience will be considered as PC Support.
