Finance Manager (Regional HK & China) Our client is a fast growing garment manufacturer with regional office in Hong Kong and factory at Dong Guan, China. Currently, they are inviting a professional candidate to head their Finance Department in Hong Kong.
Job Title: Finance Manager (Regional HK & China)
Job Responsibilities:
Directly report to CEO; lead and supervise the Finance team in Hong Kong to handle financial accounting, taxation, cash management, forecasting and operational budgeting;
Formulate and review continuous improvement of accounting procedures, systems and internal controls;
Ensure all company's operations are in compliance with PRC government rules and regulations;
Maintain records and books of the Company in an orderly, accurate and statutory manner and prepare financial reports;
Provide coaching and training to team members in HK and China
Job Requirements:
University graduate in Finance, Accounting or equivalent;
Minimum 8 years professional accounting and finance experience preferably gained in MNC or garment manufacturing firms with at least 5 years PRC exposure;
Familiar with PRC Laws in taxation and accounting;
Must have regional exposure and capability to deal with varying business culture;
Excellent planning, organizational, leadership, training and coaching skills;
Good PC Skill and knowledge of I Garment System or SAP a definite plus;
Proficiency in written and spoken English, Chinese & Mandarin;
Willing to travel to PRC occasionally;
Able to work under pressure and meet deadline
