HR & Administraton Manager Responsibilities Manages the recruitment team in providing all recruitment and staffing services across different business departments
Reviews and implements HR policies and procedures
Participates in preparing manpower forecast and annual budget
Identifies and provides solutions to line managers on HR issues
Handles ad-hoc HR projects
Requirements
Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
Minimum 10 years relevant experience, with at least 3 years at managerial level preferably in financial industry
Experienced in overseas recruitment and well-versed in Hong Kong, PRC and overseas labour laws, tax issues and other regulatory practices
Hand-on experience in competency-based recruitment and evaluation tools and procedures
Mature, meticulous, self-motivated with strong analytical sense
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Familiar with MS office applications and Chinese Word Processing
