Compliance Manager (Bank) Our client, an overseas bank, isURGENTLYlookingfor a Compliance Manager for their Hong Kong Office.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage the compliance function in banking & securities business
Establish, implement and monitor the compliance with laws, regulations and internal policies/procedures
Carry out compliance checking on all banking related activities
Arrange proper compliance training sessions to relevant staff
Requirements
University degree in Law, Accounting or Finance
Minimum of five years’ solid experience in banking & securities business, preferably in audit or compliance control
Familiar with Banking Ordinance, Securities and Futures Ordinance, regulations and guideline of regulatory authorities
A mature, independent, well-organized & flexible team worker
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & Power Point
Good command of both written & spoken English
