Travel Consultant Post Date: 30 May 09Our client, a renowned travel agency, is currently looking for Travel Consultant to join their dynamic team.
Job Responsibilities:
Carry out pre-sales activities and conduct comprehensive investigations of customers’ interest
Perform frontline selling in accordance with Sales & Marketing strategies to achieve budgeted occupancy
Provide professional and value-added travel advice to customers
Prepare itineraries and provide land, air and sea arrangements for customers
Handle daily enquiries
Establish and maintain good customer relations
Job Requirement:
Tertiary education in any disciplines, preferably with 1 year working experience in travel industry
Experience in customer service and sales activities
Good team player and able to develop sound working relationships with colleagues
Sensitive and able to react fast on market trends and situations
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Working Hours:
Tuesday +- Friday: 14:30 +- 23:00
Saturday +- Sunday: 13:00 +- 22:00
Monthly Package:
HKD8,000 + Commission
