Provide full range of secretarial supports to the Sales Director
Independent draft simple correspondents and memos
Liaise with internal and external parties
Assist in ad hoc and special assignments
Requirements:
Higher diploma or above in Tourism, Business Administration or related discipline
With 2 - 3 years related experience in travel industry
Fluent of spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua.
Proficient in Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing
Well-organized,self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, good communication skill
