Responsibilities:- Manage customers' check in and checkout- Handle Room and Key arrangements for customers- Answer incoming calls - Handle customers’ enquiries
Requirements:
- Form 5 graduated or above
- At least 1 year relevant working experience in hospitality industry- Able to work independently and with a positive attitude- Cheerful personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.- Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Willing to work on shift is a MUST
- Immediate available is highly preferred
