Reporting to the Regional HR Manager, Asia and working closely with management team, you will proactively plan, execute and monitor training activities for over 90 staff in Far East (FE). Frequent travel within FE in some months of the year is required. While your role will be focused on training, you will assist HR and/or operational duties on a need basis.
Key Responsibilities
Ø Design, plan and coordinate staff training programs based on the requirements of the business and employees
Ø Consult with management team to determine training needs and identify performance gaps
Ø Creates and conduct internal training programs to all staff in FE, including pre and post training follow up.
Ø Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs for management review
Ø Act as focal person in FE to maintain close contact with Corporate Training in Zurich in order to align with the Group’s training initiatives and guidelines
Ø Assist Regional HR Manager on implementation of HR projects
Ø Occasional support to operations/administration
Requirements
Degree holder in business/training or related disciplines
At least 6 years’ hands-on training experience, of which minimum 2 years’ at managerial level
Solid experience in design, deliver and evaluate trainings to all level of staff
Experience in liaison with internal managers and external training partners to ensure training effectiveness
Excellent presentation and communication skill
Dynamic personality, analytical, flexible and result-oriented
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Must be computer literate, experience in system training an added advantage
