Senior Sales Director - Hong Kong

Senior Sales Director Post Date: 30 Apr 09Responsibilities:Responsible for promoting club house conference, banquet and leisure facilities, selling rooms, packages and membership
Leading a team of 10 in the PRC to expand existing accounts and channels as well as identifying new market segments and products
Develop and implement strategies to drive the business growth and increase market penetration and develop new portfolio of client by various channels
Manage sales budget, plan and implement business objectives
Develop long-term relationships with key accounts
Right candidate needs to station in Dongguan (45 minutes travel from Shenzhen)
Requirements:

Higher Diploma or above holder in hotel, tourism, marketing management or related discipline
More than 5 years of sales experience with at least 3 years in managerial level and servicing corporate account related position
Solid experience with corporate and leisure, well connection with travel agent is preferred
China working experience is an advantage and keen interest in working and living in Dongguan
Good command of written and spoken English is a must, with Mandarin will be an advantage
Strong self-motivation and the drive to succeed
Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
