At least 15 years of related experience; Experience in Hotel Japanese Restaurants is as asset;
Rich knowledge in Japanese Cusine and familiar with different kinds of Japanese Dishes;
Skillful in Robatayaki, Teppanyaki, Sashimi, Ramen and Udon, Tempura and Desserts; Knowledge in Kaiseki is an advantage;
Fluent in both Cantonese and Mandarin, knowledge in Japanese is an advantage;
Able to work independently and under pressure.
