RESPONSIBILITIES
Reports to the COO and oversees the Marketing Department of approximately 200 staff, including 4 AVP as direct reports
Set strategic directions, marketing plan and oversees development of products, events and promotions to generate traffic from the general public into the casino
Lead to build customer relationships, create stickiness and drive repeated visits amongst premium customer segments and oversees relationship with Corporate Membership Department to operate loyalty programs (e.g. VIP memberships)
Identify new business opportunities and derive strategic marketing plans to tap potential non-local segments through co-op partnerships and tourism networks
Oversees and ensures a seamlessly satisfying customer experience is being delivered by the casino customer services team
Ensure the branding, PR, sponsorship and marketing communications conveys a consistent brand image and generates indirect business opportunities for the property
REQUIREMENTS
Degree holder in marketing, hospitality management or relevant discipline
At least 20 years of experience in casino marketing within hospitality and leisure entities or related industries with sizeable operations
Highly proficient in Mandarin, English and Cantonese, spoken and written
Prior marketing experience within Asia Pacific’s casino industry, notably Macau, is highly preferred
Strong business acumen, solid leadership abilities, mature personality with highly persuasive communication skills
