Supervisor (Leisure Travel) Post Date: 21 Mar 09Responsibilities:
Being a team member in our Leisure Travel Department, the incumbent will be required to offer solutions to our customers’ on their leisure travel needs. He/she will handle daily enquiries and travel arrangements; provide travel consultancy service and to perform Hotel cross-sale activities.
Requirements:
-- Form 6 or above
-- Minimum 10 years relevant experience with last 5 years handling FIT/Leisure Travel
-- Proficiency in Reservation System, Internet booking tools and MS Office
-- Strong Product & Fare knowledge, familiar with Hotel Product an advantage
-- Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
-- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
-- Self-motivated, independent, service-oriented and able to work under pressure
Candidates with less experience may be considered for another position of Senior Travel Consultant.
