Provide full range of secretarial supports to the Director - Product Development
Liaise with internal and external parties
Assist in ad hoc and special assignments
Requirements:
Degree or higher diploma in Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline
With at least 1 year related experience
Fluent of spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua. Good spoken Japanese is an advantage.
Proficient in Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing
Well-organized,self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, good communication skill
