Researching & organization of:
Flight reservations
Hotel, resort, villa etc. reservations
Proactively providing additional itinerary recommendations
Advanced workload management- multiple urgent & time sensitive bookings.
Personal/ Tailored/Complex itineraries:Budget & criteria evaluation;
Creation of in-depth proposals with costing and description of hotel/area, alternative options;
arranging travel visas;
booking tours for their stay, private guides, vehicles etc.;
putting together itineraries for large groups, making sure that every point is covered;
Observing flight ticketing deadlines & hotel cancellation deadlines;
Responsible for researching & compilation of monthly features for company newsletter
Liaising with suppliers for latest deals & offers;
Responsible for researching & compilation of other travel features for publication
Extensive reading - to stay on top of new and latest information
Meetings with suppliers when required, negotiating of rates and benefits for members.
Requirements:
Candidate MUST possess
Proactive & reactive simultaneously - know the client base and anticipate their needs, show initiative.
Confident, with the ability to prioritise, delegate and meet deadlines working under pressure.
Can-do' attitude- ready to get involved at all times.
Fast learner- adapting to new processes in rapid change climate.
Creative problem solving & top notch organizational skills with attention to detail.
Outstanding project management skills- effectively manage requests from initiation to completion
Ability to remain calm & courteous under pressure, and effective conflict management.
Excellent written & oral communication - fluent English a MUST. Cantonese & Mandarin or other Asian languages advantageous.
Excellent interpersonal skills- outstanding telephone manner.
Mature approach, dedicated and committed with a strong drive, independent.
Reliability - excellent time keeping is crucial to this role.
Contractual hours are from 9.30am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday. However, it may be the case that in order to fulfill the duties of the role, different or additional hours may be necessary, including some weekend work.
