To provide quality visitor service to Japanese visitors by answering enquiries from Japanese Visitor Hotline
To handle written enquiries and visitors' feedback
To support special projects in relations to visitor services enhancement initiatives
To provide daily administrative supports
Requirements:
University graduate, preferably with 2 years related working experiences
Fluency in spoken Japanese with proficiency in written English and Chinese (including simplified chinese)
Mature, self-motivated, attentive to details and able to work under pressure
Good interpersonal and organization skills
Proficient in computer applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word-processing
Willing to work on roster basis including weekends, public holidays and under adverse weather conditions
