Director of Sales (Corporate / Travel / Revenue Management) – Hotel Industry Post Date: 14 Mar 09Our client, a 5-star hotel in Hong Kong, is now looking for a high calibre to lead and drive new business in all segments to build a solid base for future business opportunities

RESPONSIBILITIES

Report to General Manager and oversee the sales department
Take lead in driving the marketing plan
Achieve results through managing business segments
Be sensitive to the market situation
Develop new business strategies to deliver required yield
REQUIREMENTS

Degree holder in a related field or discipline
Proven experience in 5-star hotel
Minimum 8 years of sales experience, 3 of which should be at managerial level
Result oriented, self-motivated and creative
A team player with strong leadership qualities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in both written & spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
