Tertiary education in hospitality management or related disciplines
Minimum 8 years relevant experience with at least 2 years in a similar position
Sound knowledge of revenue management, e-business and market intelligence
Ability to monitor and analyze market demand patterns and recommend selling strategies, daily / future turndowns
Hands-on experience on reservation operations with strong financial aptitude
Strong analytical and computer skills
Excellent command of written and spoken English & Chinese
