Business Development Manager - Beijing Office Post Date: 13 Mar 09Reporting to the Sales Director, the incumbent will oversee the daily operation of Ocean Park Beijing representative office and be responsible for all sales and marketing activities in developing the brand awareness of the Park in the northern China through active participation in tourism related trade shows, fairs and exhibitions. He/she will also establish and maintain close business relationship with tour operators while develop new market opportunities with corporate segment, airlines, train and bus companies.
Requirements:
-- Degree holder in Tourism / Hotel Management
-- With at least 5 years’ experience in tourism industry in Mainland China, of which 3 years should be at managerial level
-- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
-- Strong leadership and organization skill
-- Result-oriented, aggressive, initiative and with desire to achieve targets
-- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Putonghua speaking is a must
-- Computer literacy in MS Office
-- Frequent travel required
