Assistant Manager, Human Resources Post Date: 26 Mar 09Responsibilities:
Perform various Compensation & Benefits duties such as C&B surveys, annual salary review, job evaluation, budgeting, payroll management, tax return, benefit administration, enhancement of HRIS, etc.
Assist in reviewing C&B policies and procedures and participate in external surveys
Supervise the enhancement of HRIS system
Assist in driving and implementing staff communication programs
Assist in analyzing, compiling and preparing management reports
Undertake various HR projects and special assignments
Requirements:
University graduate preferably in the discipline of Human Resources Management
Minimum 8 years¡¦ HR experience with solid exposure in compensation & benefits and employee relations, preferably with regional exposure
Experience in computerised database system
High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills and able to work independently and under pressure
Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
