Senior Executive, Trade Promotions Post Date: 06 Feb 09Responsibilities:

Assist in the production of high quality marketing communications tools in a cost effective manner

Contribute to the design, implementation and evaluation of HKTB local and international trade/consumer shows

Co-ordinate with internal teams, oversea offices and external vendors to ensure the all users requirements and production schedule are met

Co-ordinate with government departments on the execution and production of HKSAR Government Promotions worldwide in support of its market specific objectives

Ensure all the production materials and trade advertising materials within budget and in compliance with internal procurement procedure

Assist in ad-hoc projects assigned by Manager

Requirements:

University graduate with minimum 6 years¡¦ relevant experience

Hands-on experience in the organization and implementation of large-scale promotions and events worldwide as well as in Hong Kong

Experience in working with advertising agencies, design houses and contractors

Strong organizational, communications and interpersonal skills

Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge of Mandarin and other languages is an advantage

Able to work under pressure and at hours outside the normal call of duty

Technical knowledge in print production and 3D fabrication
