Maximize hotel's revenue by building business and developing new accounts in each respective area and segment.
Propose and develop strategies to explore new business sources.
Build up and maintain business relationship with existing clients and ensure the hotel clients' database system is in good order.
Requirements:
Diploma or degree holder in hospitality management or relateddisciplines.
Minimum 5 years of hotel experience in which at least 2 to 3 years exposure in Sales & Marketing Department is a must.
Excellent selling and negotiation skills, good market sense, and able to work under pressure.
Fluent in spoken English & Putonghua.
Applicant with less experience will be considered as Assistant Sales Manager.
