JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for planning, organizing, running and controlling all aspects of the restaurant’s daily operations
Works closely with marketing to develop marketing plans and promotions
Participate in pre-opening development projects and strategies
Good knowledge in French cuisine within a fine dining environment
REQUIREMENTS
University degree in hospitality management or related disciplines
5 years restaurant experience of which 3 years in management capacity within a hotel environment
Native in spoken and written English a must. French will be a plus
Effective communicates skills, excellent service attitude and high control in compliance and standard
