Reservations Supervisor Post Date: 05 Feb 09Diploma in Hospitality Course or equivalent

Minimum 2 years relevant experience in reservations field

Courteous telephone manner & strong problem solving skills

Good communication and interpersonal skill

Proficiency in PC knowledge

Excellent command of written and spoken English & Chinese, good Mandarin will be an advantage
