Requirement :
- F7 graduated
- 5 years experience in customer service or tourism
- solid experience in escorting visitors from Mainland
- fluency in Mandarin is a must
- outgoing, cheerful, independent and accommodating
- excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- knowledge of English and Chinese typing
- willing to work overtime when required
