To achieve our expansion goal, we are currently seeking high caliber candidates for the following position :-

Customer Service Officer Post Date: 05 Feb 09Job duties:

Handle Flight irregularity and provide protection arrangement for affected passengers
Closely coordinate with Revenue Management and Sales Dept on daily flight status, monitoring the booking and assisting in administration work
Prepare report for analysis purpose
Handle daily call, fax and email enquiries and provide prompt and quality service and reply for the client
Support on sales and marketing event and functions including product seminar, familiarization tour, exhibition booth trade etc.
Requirements:

Form 5 or above
2 relevant experience in airline or travel industry
Customer service oriented and Self-motivated
Good presentation and communication skills
Good command in both spoken & written English, Chinese and Mandarin
Proficiency in computer skills including MS Word, MS Excel and Powerpoint
