Assist the Director of Marketing in driving new business in all segments and in building a solid base for future business opportunities
Oversee travel & tour and/or corporate account business
Maximize room sales in line with the company’s policy and budget
Maintain sales growth performance through expanding business volume and developing new customer accounts
Lead and motivate staff to facilitate the achievement of business and objective sales
Requirement
Degree in Hospitality Management or relevant discipline
Minimum 10 years experience in hotel industry, in which 5 years at managerial level, with a proven track record in room sales
Outgoing personality, motivated and aggressive
Excellent leadership and presentation skills
Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is a plus
Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Associate Director of Sales / Senior Manager Position
