Its principle business is to operate the Ngong Ping Cable Car and Ngong Ping Village. Ngong Ping 360, one of the tourist attraction and leisure destinations in Hong Kong, is a place where visitors could experience a different side of Hong Kong.

Guest Services and Village Operations Host Post Date: 07 Jan 09Duties

ŸProvide guest services and ensure smooth and safe loading and unloading of cable car guests

ŸEnsure the cable car and stations are operated consistent with operational, safety and environment procedures

Requirements

ŸF.5 standard with at least 2 years’ guest services experience

ŸBe guest-service oriented, well-presented and with safety awareness

ŸGood command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Mandarin is preferable.

ŸShift and roster duties on public holidays are required

* Successful candidates will be offered comprehensive training for guest services and job rotation opportunity in serving guests in different areas. You are also required to complete full cable car training and be certified as a qualified cable car operator by the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department.
