Vice President - Sales, Financial Services - Hong Kong

Vice President - Sales, Financial Services Role and Responsibilities:-The position is based in Hong Kong, reports to the Chief Operating Officer-Deliver excellence in customer service and steer customers to the appropriate products based on their needs-Identify and qualify opportunities for product and services at new and existing customers -Provide professional, comprehensive insurance planning advice and guidance to clients-Ability to solve problems, and utilize a variety of closing techniques to secure new business. Resolve client issues in a manner that meets the needs of the clients while at the same time maintaining standards-Develop and explore business opportunities / relationships with referral sources-Use consultative and persuasive sales skills to uncover client needs. These include training / educating relationship managers of financial institutions via product and sales presentations-Responsible for individual and sales team goals-Meet all documentation, disclosure and regulatory requirements-Participate and support development of training and professional development workshops to increase product and industry expertise / awareness-Maintain high client service and satisfaction standards-Maintain required licenses and securities registrations via timely renewals and completion-Effectively handle multiple projects while meeting related deadlinesQualifications:-Successful track record in sales quota achievement. Experience dealing with high net worth individuals is a plus-Sound knowledge in a variety of life insurance products including onshore and offshore products. Experience is Universal Life products is a plus-Must be able to interact with culturally diverse people, at all levels, while maintain a consistently serving and professional attitude -Strong work ethic-Enthusiastic and coachable-Good interpersonal and oral/written communication skills-Proficient in English, Putonghua and Cantonese-Ability to complete multiple challenging priorities and meet demanding deadlines in a fast-paced, potentially stressful environment-Attention to detail to ensure speed and accuracy in completion of projects-Aspiration and determination to succeed in a competitive financial services setting.
