Training Officer - Hong Kong

Training Officer
Responsibilities
Assist in organizing and coordinating activities & projects to promote financial planning culture & life products

Participate in training and sales support events

Prepare presentation materials and deliver training on life products.

Handle other ad-hoc duties in agency functions


Requirements:
University degree holder or above.

Professional qualification in CFA, CFP or CLU is an advantage.

Minimum 3 years¡¦ working experience in agency training, financial planning or insurance sales with good presentation and writing skills.

Able to prepare presentation materials and deliver training on life products independently.

Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua with good inter-personal skills.

Proficient in English/Chinese in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Candidates who are non-Hong Kong residents with relevant working experiences and valid working permit in Hong Kong are also considerable.
