Lead System Analyst/System Analyst in leading Financial Institution Our client is an international financial institution who is a leading provider of insurance, wealth management as well as asset management business. To cope with the rapid growth of business in Asia, they are looking for Lead System Analyst/ System Analyst to perform analysis and system development activites to meet business objectives.
Responsibilities:
-Analyse the supporting systems to perform study so as to recommend different system approaches to fullfill users' requirements
-Supervise and lead the team in different stages of system development life cycle, produce deliverables for system development, documentation and implementation
-Assist Project Manager to perform resource planning and allocation to development tasks
-Coordinate different IT division and liaise with users for business within project development cycle
-Provide technical and consultative production support to business users on various system modules
Requirement:
-Degree holder in Computer Science or related fields with at least 8 years expereince in IT solution delivery, preferably in insurance & financial services industry. Candidate with less expereince will be considered as System Analyst
-In-depth system development expereince, particularly in AS/400, UNIX, WIndows platforms with collaboration with other technology domains
-Strong problem solving, organizing and analytical skills. Good expereince in project management is a plus
-Ability to lead a team of developers with excellent interpersonal skills.
-Good command in written and verbal English
