RESULT AREAS:

Develop and price competitive, profitable and innovative life insurance products in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
Work very closely with multi-discipline departments on product design and implementation
Conduct detailed pricing analysis and prepare product financial results for presentation to Senior Management for financial approval
Lead other team members in product development and other actuarial projects to achieve high-quality results
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

Degree holder withprofessional qualification
Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) or equivalent
Minimum of 7 years actuarial pricing and product development experience in positions of increasing responsibility
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:

Analytical and problem-solving ability combined with very strong technical actuarial skills
Strong organizational and priority management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects under deadline pressure
Excellent interpersonal skills to deal with both technical and non-technical audiences and customers
