Operations & Administration Asisstant - Hong Kong

Operations & Administration Asisstant Requirements:

Form 7 or above
Minimum 1-2 years experience in Operation or Administration position
Fluent spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin and computer literacy
Pleasant, mature and able to demonstrate absolute client focus
With a high level of service expectations, self-motivation, ambition and excellent communication skills
Own the resilience and skills to work both independently & as part of a team
Willing to travel


Responsibilities:

Responsible for all operations, administration, HR & accounting activities.
Process International Roadshow Bookings from Head Office within expected timeframe.
Ensure monitoring & tracking of International Roadshows from start to end.
Source, contact & meet suppliers within own regions & negotiate partnership
Implement & ensure completion of operational procedures
Assist sales department to prepare sales presentation kits and provide support for ad-hoc project / events
Assisting with the day to day efficient operations of the office
