Office Administration Supervisor The jobholder will be responsible for assisting the superior in the office renovation/ fitout work for all offices of the company. He or she will also be responsible for maintaining a good and healthy office environment by attending to all the repair and maintenance work promptly and providing solutions on improving office environment.
Major Responsibilities
To supervise the team to ensure the effective operation of the department in providing the most efficient services to other business units;
To coordinate with users and contractors on the renovation, alternation and leasehold improvement projects;
To prepare budget and monitor the progress schedule of various renovation projects;
To obtain quotations from various vendors and to manage the cost and expenses for all renovation and fitout work against the defined budget;
To pro-actively manage and maintain the security system, PABX and all office equipments and supplies;
Requirements
Form 7 or above;
At least 5 years experience of office administration in sizable company; Solid and hands on experience in managing office renovation project is required;
Knowledge in Auto-CAD is an advantage;
Customer oriented, independent and able to be multi-tasking;
Good communication and interpersonal skills;
Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English;
Proficiency in PC skills, including Chinese and English Word processing, Excel and PowerPoint;
