Insurance Specialist Our client is a leading international banking and insurance group.
The incumbent will work closely with business partners DSM and branch managers to achieve the assigned operating goals via providing sales, training, communication, results and all facets of personal insurance business. He/she is responsible for supporting the Insurance Specialist Head of Hong Kong to develop and deliver product training programmes/workshop.
Experience/Skills Required:
A minimum of three to five years sales, marketing or relationship management experience in financial services, with exposure in the insurance industry
Degree holder (BA or BS)
Qualified with IIQAS (Paper I, II, III and V)
Proven ability to achieve business results with sound track record
Strong coaching skills and strong business acumen
Strong communication, organizational and project management skills
Must be a team player, enthusiastic in driving and implementing new sales campaigns
Excellent command of spoken and written English and
Cantonese, good spoken Mandarin is an added advantage
