Hotel General Manager
The Job :-
1. Formulate and execute strategic business plans for the Hotel, driving internal departments to meet the goals and objectives of the hotel;
2. Provide corporate directions by formulating and implementing business plans for the hotel;
3. Provide professional advice to the Management on direction of development of the hotel;
4. Lead the day-to-day business operations and determine policies and procedures for the hotel overall operations;
5. Review operational procedures and execute improvement projects;
6. Lead and build up strong sales team to achieve sales targets.
The Person
¡´ Degree holder with more than 15 years relevant experience, of which 10 years at senior management level;
¡´ Hands-on experience in hotel management isa prerequisite, experience in PRC an asset;
¡´ Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English & Chinese(including Mandarin);
¡´ Station in Beijing
