Formulate the strategic direction for insurance business as part of the Bank’s wealth management initiatives
Drive and manage programs of agreed initiatives and deliverables from product providers
Identify strategies to continue to retain and expand existing customer relationships
Continuously improve overall operational process to meet regulatory requirements, maintain competitiveness and obtain a balance between efficiency and effectiveness
Influence and drive frontline sales and distribution channels to commit in business targets
Lead competitive intelligence and research activities on competitor wealth management propositions
Define key measures, KPIs for respective areas
REQUIREMENTS
University degree in relevant discipline
At least 10 years banking experience in management position, with relevant experience in strategy, business development or a related role
Proven capability in managing sales and service delivery, with an ability to lead/manage support functions to deliver sales and service solutions.
Deep understanding of insurance products and retail/corporate banking operations
Strong quantitative, analytical and presentation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
