Post-secondary education or above withANZIIF qualification preferred;
2-3 years in general insurance; preferably with exp. in sales, telemarketing, customer serivces;
Support the Bancassurance Team in handling policy renewals, new business, premium collect and credit control in compliance with co. policy & guidelines;
Provide customer service & insurance advice to the customer;
Assist the team in developing business portfolio by cross-selling the client database via telemarketing;
Prepare regular reports and provide sales support to the team;
Good customer service, self-motivated and sales-oriented;
Well versed in useing MS Excel, Word & Chinese Wording Processing
good English & Cantonese, Mandarin pref.
