Main Duties:
Establish, manage & develop key business relationships with designated broker/intermediaries.
Responsible for new business generation, broker development & retention.
Duties will include the creation, maintenence & review of business development plans for brokers with a view to optimising the relationship.
Requirements
Degree holder or above
Current knowledge of life insurance products/services essential.
Professional qualification in CFP, RFP, FLMI or CLU is an advantage
Knowledge of the Broker/IFA market.
Sales ability and experience in life insurance.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong negotiation & sales skills.
Problem solving skills.
Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
Candidates who are non-Hong Kong residents with relevant working experiences and valid working permit in Hong Kong are also considerable.
