To cope with our fast expansion, we are seeking high caliber candidate to fill the following positions:

Administrative Assistant Dec 08Responsibilities:

Compile daily bills, issue invoices and perform settlement
Process vouchers, claims, bills and generate statistics / usage report
To reply customer enquiries on invoices
To cope with the outstanding shortfalls


Requirements:

Form 5 or above at least 2 years relevant experience in claims / settlement
Merits will be given to those who can handle settlement independently
Working experience in medical or insurance claims and billing administration is an advantage
Accurate at figures and able to meet deadlines
Strong in reconciliation skills and work with data
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Good knowledge in MS office and Chinese Word Processing
Mature, pleasant, hardworking and detail-minded
