Requirements:

An independent client-focused, self-motivated and determined to succeed team player
Minimum 2-3 years frontline experiences in the IFA, private banking or insurance fields
Proven sales track record with quality client base a definite advantage
University degree holders, especially in the finance-related discipline, and qualified professionals such as CFP or RFP is preferred
Good interpersonal, communications and presentation skills
Pass the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations and/or appropriate SFC registration qualification
Qualified team leaders or MDRT Award holders with related IFA or broker experience may be considered for Vice Presidents, Senior Vice Presidents or other higher positions.
