Financial reporting +- ensures timely and quality production of monthly management accounts for life operations.
Regulatory reporting +- provides support for the compilation of reports and returns for regulatory reporting purposes.
Group reporting +- ensures timely and quality production of GAAP results for group reporting purposes
Accounting functions for insurance operations +- oversees the accounting functions.
Responsible for annual audit.
Participates in development projects +- actively contributes to project teams in respect of product development, process improvement and SOX compliance.
Requirements / Competencies: Bachelor degree holder in Accounting / Finance or equivalent
Qualified Accountant with at least 7 years prior working experience in financial accounting and reporting functions
Good knowledge of US GAAP
Experience in regulatory and financial reporting for insurance business would be an asset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
