Receptionist (Contract) The jobholder will be responsible for:
Assisting the service ambassador to serve walk-in customers’ enquiries and directing visitors to their destinations;
Monitoring the CCTV system and report to superior of any abnormal situation;
Handling incoming telephone calls and enquiries;
Handling internal and external mails;
Opening and closing of main entrance door;
Providing administrative support to the department, such as preparing service tickets and visitor cards, maintaining visitor log book, distributing documents and participating in departmental events as and when required.
Requirements:
Form 5 or above with minimum 2 years’ relevant experience, preferably in financial institution;
Good telephone manner and customer service oriented;
Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge in Putonghua an advantage;
Good PC skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing;
Good communication and interpersonal skill;
Pleasant, self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision;
Appropriate and professional dressing code is required.
