Policy Administration Manager - Life Insurance The jobholder will be responsible for providing full time support to Distributor Enquiry Team to provide professional advice and maintain good customer service standard to Distributors.The jobholder will be responsible for working as expertise adviser to handle/follow up complex cases such as appeal, complaint, special handling cases escalated by related CS team members.
-- University graduate or above with FLMI or equivalent
-- At least6 years’ life insurance experience, with 6 years solid experience in Policy Administration and with 5 years solid experience in supervisory role
-- Strong technical skills and knowledge of Policy Administration
-- Customer Centric minded and good communication skill
-- Result-oriented, self-motivated, patient, cheerful and positive,
-- High emotional maturity and able to work under pressure
An excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage.
