MANAGER (CUSTOMER SERVICES) Job Responsibilities:
Being the department head of customer services, the incumbent will be leading a team of professionals to provide quality and timely enquiry services to customers and bank representatives, to resolve customer complaints and to handle policy conservation activities. In addition, he/she will also be assisting in project implementation in alignment with strategic development to improve services and enhance operational efficiency.Job Requirements:
Degree or above in relevant disciplines with professional insurance qualifications (FLMI, ACS)
8 years or above working experience in insurance industry with solid customer relationship management experience of which 3 years at management level
Patient, attentive to details with good problem solving and organizing skills
High EQ with flexible working attitude to accept different challenges
Excellent interpersonal-communication-leadership skills
Preference will be given to those with customer services experience in bancassurance field
Familiar with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
Proficient in spoken & written English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
