IS Support Accountabilities and activities
Perform system (software, hardware and network) installation and configuration, and system administrative duties
Monitoring and Troubleshooting on Desk side environment, such as: MS Office, especially on Microsoft Outlook 2000/XP/2003 Windows 2000/XP, Blackberry, Server, Printing Problem, shared drive, Laptop
Monitoring and troubleshooting on Network and Server system, Email system, Backup Solution, Security Software management, Firewall device and others network equipments
Perform application system enhancement and testing
Ad-hoc project assignment
IS Documentary
To be successful in the position, you should have
Diploma or above in Computer Studies with 2 years hands on experience in end user support and client computing, network & system management
Solid experience in setup and maintaining computer software and hardware
Proficiency in Windows OS, TCP/IP network. Knowledge in Firewall, VPN, Anti Virus is an advantage
Experience in application and system development in Java, .NET and SQL is an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Customer oriented
Ability to work independently and communicate fluently in both English and Chinese
Immediate available is preferred
