Head of Claims Department - Hong Kong

Head of Claims Department The requirements are:-

Monitor and oversee the whole process of claims services
Manage and handle sizeable & complicated claims of all general classes of insurance
Develop and implement of department strategies
Supervise and provide coaching to claims staff
Co-ordinate with inter-department to ensure quality claims services are provided
Obtained ACII or ANZIIF
Degree holder is preferred
8-10 years of experience in general insurance claims, preferably over 3 years in managerial level
Possess strong background in handling marine, property, liability, EC, group medical insurance
Proactive, detail-minded with strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in both written and spoken English
IMMEDIATE AVAILABLE is highly preferred
