Executive, CVM (5-day work) The incumbentwill providebusiness andmarketing recommendations based on marketing intelligence and data analytics. He/she will realize the profitable potential of customer value within CIGNA's business requirements and thereby raise awareness ofCVM benefits within CIGNA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help CIGNA to gain a clear understanding of customers, business & market and thereby achieving better management of customers as individuals;
- Providing support for the implementation of persistency and loyalty campaign activities;
- Conduct regular tracking and evaluation of marketing programs to enhance effectiveness of program and customer profitability;
- Performing data analysis and extraction, monitoring and tracking the response rate from campaigns as well as carrying out day to day database maintenance.
Requirements:
- Degree Holder in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or Information Technology;
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in banking / financial / telecom industry;
- Proficiency in database software such as EXCEL and MS-Access;
- Practical experience in SQL and statistical software (e.g. SAS) is an added advantage;
- Able to multi-task and follow through and able to work under tight deadlines;
- Independent, organized, careful and attentive to details;
- Good team player, willing to learn and being a fast learner, careful and attentive to details;
- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Chinese typing would be an advantage.
