Customer Service Representative Job Scope:
To provide professional customer services via handling customer service hotline and walk in clients
To provide after-sales services to clients
To prepare different policy documents
To liaise and follow up with clients and underwriters
To provide clerical and administrative support to the team e.g. data inputting and filing
Experience & Qualifications required:
F.7 or above with 1 to 2 years working experience in customer service and/or insurance industry; knowledge in Motor Insurance preferred
Passed in IIQE papers
Good customer service skills and effective communication skills
Well-organizedwith goodadministration skills
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; knowledge of Mandarin is highly preferable
Good command of PC skills including MS Word, Excel & Chinese typing
