Administrative Assistant, Pensions Administration An Excellent Opportunity to Acquire Full Scope of Pensions Administration Skills You will manage the assigned retirement scheme accounts to comply with the regulatory and service requirements. Primary accountabilities include processing the customers' requests on enrolment, contribution allocation, switching and benefit payment, handling customers' enquiries in a timely and professional manner and involving in UAT for system enhancement projects.
We are looking for a team player with
Form 7 or above
At least 2 years' pensionsadministration experience
Customer focused attitude, good numerical sensitivity and detail minded
Effective communication(both written and spoken)and interpersonal skills inEnglish and Chinese (Cantonese)
Responsible and positive working attitude
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Familiar withMS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
Fast and accurate typing (English and Chinese)
