Holder of LCC Higher, ACCA Level II qualified preferred
3 years or more of financial accounting, commissions calculation and reporting experience in insurance and/or wealth management industry
Experience to understand the different providers commission statement of savings plan, life insurance, MPF, General Insurance and employee benefit
Experience to breakdown the commission for company,consultants and team heads
Experience to prepare the CIB, MPFA and SFC financial report
Good communication skills with fluency in English and Cantonese
Motivated and organized with good analytical skills and ability to work independently & under pressure
Posses sound interpersonal skills to work effectively with both internal and external parties
